Team 3 - The team that put this website together, consists of individuals who wish to
see Catcoin succeed, but is not coming from the place of acting in any “official” capacity.
Activities within Team 3 consist of independent actions to further the interests of
Catcoin staying within the strict technical parameters of the coin as previously laid out
by Team 1 and Team 2. Work products of Team 3 may be elevated from “independent
and unofficial” to “official,” only by Team 2 ratifying them if they wish to do so. Since
Team 3 is an independent effort with no claim to being “official,” any products created
by Team 3 should be regarded as “unofficial” until/unless Team 2 decides to make it
“official.” Team 3 hereby expressly disclaims any implied “official” capacity in any of its
works. Team 3 work products will be labeled with the logo to the right.

Announcing Catcoin Team 3 (unofficial)
Catcoin Team 3 VHQ: Catcoin Team 3 (unofficial) announces its unique name to address concerns from the official team, so
its actions can be easily be ascertained to not be the action of the official team. Accordingly the following distinctions are
being introduced:
Team 1 - On December 23, 2013, the Catcoin wallet was released on bitcointalk.org, by kr105, who later announced
“Due to personal reasons I can’t continue heading this project anymore, so some users went ahead and took my place
on it, thanks to them!” Thus, the baton was passed to a new team with the retirement of the original developer.
Team 2 - On January 31, 2014, catcoin 0.9.1.1 was released by the successor team, and this team took the mantle of
official developer team for Catcoin. There were a lot of discussions in this era, within the team and community, about
what direction to take Catcoin, and some heated disagreements, but the net result was the coin remained
unsplintered on a single blockchain with a single official release, a compiled Windows QT wallet, and available source
code to compile this and a Linux wallet.
